Dealt with every personality type of clients and management, data entry, presentations, and cost efficiency. Handled sums upwards of $5 million. Paid company bills. Introduced cost-saving measures and wrote and edited supervisor's reports and memoranda.

Served as the only American on the staff of a travel agency catering to Americans. Duties included spreadsheet management, translation, advertising and customer service.
