This applet is under construction. Creation, diffusion and annealing of point defects in binary alloys will be visualized. I'm going to add vacancies, interstitial atoms and antisite defects. The applet will show how the interstitial atoms and vacancies diffuse through crystal, how the antisite defects are created after recombination of interstitial atom and vacancy and how they anneal during vacancy movement or substitution by interstitial atom.
Now the applet shows crystal lattice with vacancies only. These vacancies diffuse through the crystal without changing their sublattices. There are some problems when two vacancies come close and form divacancy. One antisite defect is added also. It diffuses when some vacancy comes over it. I'm continuing my work on it. But I'm not fully certain what reason I do this for. I really need some feedback. I want to know how to make my applets more useful.
