You will find here a collection of examples and explanations to help you make use of the Windows Application Programming interface (API) in your Authorware applications. All of the functions listed can be loaded into your Authorware piece from the Winapi.u32 included with your Authorware install. While I have tested each of the functions listed before including it's description I can make no claims or guarantees that they will work flawlessly. Due to the structure and syntax required by the functions found in the API, errors and "crashes" have been known to occur. That said, the API functions are quite powerful and will allow you to add even greater functionality to your Authorware programs. As you will quickly see, this collection is far from complete. My intentions are to add to the list as I gather new information. If you would like to contribute, (full credit given of course), or send feedback you may do so here. Microsoft have good win API reference files.
